Technical Requirements:
For application, it must be sprayed during the early larval stage (1st–3rd instar) at a recommended dosage of 30–50 mL per mu with water. Do not mix with alkaline pesticides, and strictly prohibit use near aquaculture areas due to its high toxicity to crustaceans.
Product Performance
As a benzoylurea insecticide, it acts as a stomach poison and contact agent by inhibiting chitin synthesis, offering strong ovicidal activity and long residual control (up to 14–21 days). However, it works slowly, with peak mortality occurring 3–5 days after application, and is ineffective against mature larvae. It is relatively safe for bees and predatory natural enemies, making it suitable as a "long-term defense" component in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs.
